INTERNATIONAL TOURISM
Millions of people all over the world spend their holidays travelling. They travel to see other countries and continents, modern cities and the ruin of ancient towns, they travel to enjoy picturesque places, or just for a change of scene. It is always interesting to discover new things, different ways of life, to meet different people, to try different food, to listen to different musical rhythms.
Nowadays people travel not only for pleasure but also on business. You have to go to other countries to take part in different negotiations, to sign contacts, to participate in different exhibitions, in order to push the goods produced by your firm or company. Travelling on business helps you to get more information about achievements of other companies which will make your own business more successful.
Going abroad nowadays is a usual thing for many families. Some people, however, stay unsatisfied with the time they have spent in a foreign country. What are the advantages and disadvantages of travelling abroad or is it worth staying at home?
One of the main advantages is the experience you get from being in a foreign country. While being abroad you have the opportunity to practice the language and socialize with citizens of the country you visit. This is especially beneficial if your occupation is connected with a foreign language.
Furthermore, you get acquainted with a new place and that makes you relax and forget about your routine life. On the other hand, pretravelling process might be very depressing because of all the documents you should collect in order to enter the chosen country. What is more, you can get into trouble if you are not acquainted with the laws of the country you want to visit. What you are used to doing at home is not always normal for foreigners. Or you can also stay unsatisfied if the country you have chosen does not fit your expectations.

Миллионы людей по всему миру проводят свои отпуска в путешествиях. Они путешествуют, чтобы увидеть другие страны и континенты, современные города и руины древних городов, чтобы насладиться живописными местами или просто сменить обстановку. Всегда интересно открывать для себя новые вещи, иной образ жизни, знакомиться с разными людьми, пробовать незнакомую еду, слушать другие музыкальные ритмы. В наши дни люди путешествуют не только ради удовольствия, но и по делам. Необходимо ездить в другие страны для участия в различных переговорах, подписания контрактов, участия в выставках, чтобы продвигать товары, производимые вашей фирмой или компанией. Деловые поездки помогают получить больше информации о достижениях других компаний, что сделает ваш собственный бизнес более успешным. Поездки за границу сегодня стали обычным делом для многих семей. Однако некоторые люди остаются недовольными временем, проведенным в другой стране. Каковы преимущества и недостатки путешествий за рубеж, и стоит ли оставаться дома?
Одним из главных преимуществ является опыт, который вы получаете от пребывания в иностранном государстве. Находясь за границей, у вас есть возможность практиковать язык и общаться с жителями страны, которую вы посещаете. Это особенно полезно, если ваша профессия связана с иностранным языком. Кроме того, вы знакомитесь с новым местом, что позволяет вам расслабиться и забыть о повседневной жизни. С другой стороны, подготовка к поездке может быть очень утомительной из-за всех документов, которые нужно собрать для въезда в выбранную страну. Более того, вы можете попасть в неприятности, если не знакомы с законами страны, которую хотите посетить. То, что вам привычно дома, не всегда является нормой для жителей других стран. Или вы можете остаться недовольны, если выбранная страна не оправдала ваших ожиданий.
My Point of View on Travelling
I believe that travelling is one of the most enriching and transformative experiences a person can have. It is far more than just a leisure activity; it is a form of education that cannot be replicated in a classroom.
First and foremost, travel broadens your perspective on the world. It challenges your preconceptions and stereotypes by allowing you to see how people in other cultures live, think, and solve problems. You realize that your way of life is not the only one, which fosters tolerance and understanding. Furthermore, I find that travelling boosts your confidence and independence. Navigating an unfamiliar city, dealing with unexpected situations, and communicating across language barriers make you more self-reliant and resourceful.
There is also an undeniable personal value in simply disconnecting from your daily routine. Travel allows you to reset, reduce stress, and return home with a refreshed mind and new energy. Of course, travelling can be stressful and expensive at times, but I am convinced that the benefits far outweigh the drawbacks. The memories, stories, and personal growth you gain become a priceless part of your life. Ultimately, I see travel as a vital investment in oneself, making you not just a better-informed person, but often, a better human being.
